Can I request modifications to the 3D model?

We allow for modifications during the 3D design process. We understand things do not always come out perfect on the first attempt so we will perform additional modifications if needed. Once the design is approved, any changes will require additional cost based on the time required to perform the modification.

What is the turn around time for a 3D Model?

Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days. If you need your model sooner, we offer expedited services to speed up the process. Just let us know, and we’ll work to meet your deadline!

Can I have the raw project file?

Yes, we can share the project files with you! If you need CAD or SolidWorks files, just let us know. We’ll make sure you have everything you need to use or edit the design. Your project files will be ready when we deliver your order.

What types of payment does Intagly accept?

I have a reference item I want to give to you. Is that possible?

Yes, you can ship us a reference item! All shipments should be sent to: 8414 Farm Rd, Ste 180 PMD 1035, Las Vegas, NV 89131, United States. We’ll provide you with a UPS shipping label to make it easy for you.

What file format can I get?

Intagly can give you any variation of the following 3D model file(s): OBJ, STL, STEP, 3MF, 3DXML, SAT, AMF, TIF, PRT or PRTDOT.

How much does 3D printing my model cost?

The cost for 3D printing will depend on the size and complexity of your model. This will be calculated during the discussion and creation of your 3D model. If you already have a model, you can use our instant quote tool instead.
